3. Locate the Studs

Once you have marked the spot for your TV, you will need to locate the studs in the wall. Studs are vertical supports that run from the floor to the ceiling. They provide support for the wall and will help to ensure that your TV is securely mounted.

To find the studs, you can use a stud finder. A stud finder is a tool that emits a beeping sound when it is near a stud. Once you have found the studs, mark their location with a pencil.

4. Drill Pilot Holes
