Wall Mounting Mini Split Condenser

Mini split condensers are a great way to cool or heat your home without having to install a traditional central air conditioning system. They are perfect for small spaces or homes that do not have ductwork. The compact design of a mini split condenser makes it easy to mount on a wall, and the installation process is relatively simple.

Here are the steps on how to wall mount a mini split condenser:

Choose a location for the condenser. The condenser should be mounted on a level, solid wall that is at least 12 inches from the ground. Make sure that there is enough space around the condenser for airflow.
Mark the location of the mounting holes. Use a level to mark the location of the mounting holes on the wall. The mounting holes should be 16 inches apart.
Drill the mounting holes. Use a drill bit that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the mounting bolts. Drill the holes to a depth of 3 inches.
Insert the mounting bolts. Insert the mounting bolts into the holes and tighten them until they are snug.
Hang the condenser. Lift the condenser onto the mounting bolts and tighten the nuts until the condenser is secure.
Connect the refrigerant lines. Connect the refrigerant lines to the condenser. Make sure that the lines are tight and that there are no leaks.
Connect the electrical wires. Connect the electrical wires to the condenser. Make sure that the wires are tight and that there are no loose connections.
Turn on the condenser. Turn on the condenser and check for leaks. If there are no leaks, the condenser is ready to use.
